My service guy Richard was the absolute best. He took care of my issue and checked to see if I had any warranties available. My car was returned to me as promised. My experience with the dealership was top notch!

Had this truck for two years. One of those years it was under warranty and continued to have issues that Chevy couldn’t find or fix. lo and behold, after the warranty expires, they magically find the issue. After two years of being unable to use my truck to its fullest extent and then finally failing mechanically they tried to make me pay for a part and installation that they should have fixed on day one. I walked in with codes in hand and told them what I think the issue is... coming from a place of prior knowledge on auto and diesel vehicles... it’s been nothing but trouble from the getgo. I’ll never own another Chevy. Went back to Honda. At least they are reliable.
