It was a very horrible experience. First, It took 4 hours for a oil change. When I asked the service consultant that check In my vehicle about the status of the vehicle he told me it was coming off the rack when they never really started on the vehicle because I observed my vehicle sitting on the side of the building still yet to have an oil change after 3 hours.
For the most part the experience was good. Only drawback is when I tell you what my max payment can be. Don't go to your manager and come back 3, 4, 5, times with a higher payment that won't work. It's a huge waste of my time and yours. In the end I was extremely pleased with the finance officer (Hyder Al-Khazali) who handled my account. He was very knowledgeable and competent. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
