I had a good experience with the the service department. Only down fall was I was told my car was complete and ready for pick up but once I came and got it the check engine light was still on, the service guy turned it off but the light came back on the next morning. I had to take my car back the next day to get the issues resolved. I had an overall good experience I was able to use a loaner car so I was pretty satisfied.

It was a longggg wait time which is expected on saturdays but I only really ever got one update. Also im not sure if it was in the car wash or in the back that they scratched the paint off my left drivers side which i didnt notice till a day later. No one gave me a walk through inspection when my service was done.
I needed 100K mile maintenance and an oil change. I called my service technician, Steven Patyk, he picked up on the first ring, scheduled my work when it was convenient for me, and helped me reserve a car (not always available depending on the type work being done). He met me in the drive when I dropped it off, kept me updated during the day, and had it ready before the scheduled time despite finding a broken hose that slowed things down.I spent no more than 10 minutes total dropping it and picking it up. Mr. Patyk is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I recently purchased luxury make vehicle that is known for excellent service. I do agree they do have great service but put the service provided by Mr. Patyk and Munday side by side. Always very happy.
