Chevrolet Cruze Named TOP SAFETY PICK 2011 by the IIHS

If you're one of the many people who believe driving a small car is dangerous - think again. Chevrolet Equinox FCEV Joins The Navy

Disguised in military camouflage, Chevrolet's Equinox FCEV will see duty at the Navy's Pearl Harbor facility on the island of Oahu.

Chevrolet Cruze RS Edition

Chevrolet began production of their Cruze compact more than three weeks behind schedule, but that hasn't stopped them for making one of the most anticipated cars from the auto maker. Construction of the Cruze RS optional appearance package began this week, Lesley Hettinger, a GM spokeswoman, stated. GM's Lordstown, Ohio plant was supposed to begin making the cars in early October, she said.

"There were some issues affecting the quality of the package, and in order to ensure that no vehicle leaves without meeting our standards, we held off until it was perfect," Hettinger said.

Chevrolet Cruze - Urban Car of the Year

The 2011 Chevy Cruze has been voted "Urban Car of The Year" by Decisive Media, along with an independent panel of 15 automotive journalists. The Chevy Cruze is available in five trims, including the Cruze LS, Cruze LT, Cruze 2LT, Eco Cruze, and Cruze LTZ, with MSRP ranging from $16,995 to $22,695 in the U.S.
